    are tehre any PC emulators or something that i could get an old version of REAL counter strike (say 1.1?) working?

    No, not to my knowledge.
    There aren't any emulators that you could use to play CS on your PSP.

    I can imagine the latency it gets on the system if they did have one. The score would be 1-35 within 5mins...
