Really, you do? From what I recall back when I was still playing it, you could load the finished game save directly from Disc 1 and start New Game+.

11-26-2007, 03:46 PM Yeah, I believe we can. I haven't seen the mods warn people if they post links to informative threads found on other websites. Go ahead and post it. It'll be extremely helpful. Out of curiosity, is the game save like totally finished or maybe the credits still need to play out or something?
If it is as you said, only thing I can think of is to use CWCheat to backup the memory cards, do the New Game+ via ePSXe and then load the memory card with the new saved game via CWCheat.

CWCheat is a cheat plug-in. The POPS version has the ability to backup game saves to .mcr format which is what ePSXe uses. For firmware 3.71 M33-3, you'll need CWCheat 0.1.9 Revision I. Look at the included readme for how to use and install CWCheat.
Steps:
1) backup your memory card to .mcr using CWCheat
2) copy the .mcr to your PC
3) play the game with ePSXe on your PC
4) save the game when you get to the point you want
5) copy the .mcr back to your memory stick
6) load the .mcr via CWCheat
That's pretty much it.

11-28-2007, 09:23 AM ok now problem 2....
ePSXe seems to have problem changing disc also
after the "Please insert disc 1' screen, I pressed 'ESC' on my keyboard n change the disc using the 'Change Disc' option on the Files tab, after tat, it automatic take me back to the game but wif a black screen n nothing else.
Did i do something wrong? i'm using backup files 4 both disc1 n 2 btw.
