MAME Emulator for PSP

Is it possible to add a Mame emulator to the PSP
and add the game Marvel vs. Capcom!!??!

Where can I get the MAME emulator
if you cannot tell me due to the rules
then simply just tell me if its possible.

The answer does not lie in a MAME emulator, but rather in a CPS2 emulator. With that said you can run marvel vs capcom at full speed and its beautiful!!!
