I am on Phat 3.90 M33-2 and for the life of me cannot get FF7 to work it loads and i can press the home button but the rest of the game does not display
i have run psar dumpsfor 3.72 3.71 3.51 3.40 and still the same issue
go back to 3.80 M33-5 its pretty much the same as 3.90m33-2 on phat except 3.80m33-5 is more stable with the psx games
reverted back to m3.80 mm3-5 and still have same problem anone know what i might be doing wrong or iso > ebott conversion problem?
try converting the iso image with popstationGUI-v3.00 thats what i use and everything works fine
Make sure you are using popstation_md which comes with the 3.71 M33-4 Update as it is designed for making EBOOT's for multiple disk games.
Oh and I have had the same problem just last night. I converted a bin/cue file to iso and tried making it into the EBOOT. Turns out I could just convert the bin file straight to EBOOT without having to go via ISO and it works fine now.
Could you provide more details on how you got the FF7 to EBOOT etc?
For some reason no matter what I do... I still can't seem to get the game to play like it should... using my own disks, my own ISOs and for some odd reason at the beginning of disc 1 when I press NEW GAME it constantly locks up, and I've tried just about everything and its still not functioning![]()

I've made ISO's of all 3 of my disc's using ISO Burnver V5.2
Ive converted them into seperate eboots and as 1 multidisc eboot as well.
I'm on CFW 3.80 M33-5, run newpsardumper with eboot for Official 3.71 update
And i still get to load to where i can press home and see the emulation menus like the option to to quit game reset game settings and so on
but the actual game does not run for some reason no PSX splash screen or anything
you know mayb this might be my problem but when i used the nespsardumper to get the files i needed for popsloader for ver 3.71 i noticed towards then end it says something about a reboot.bin and it had an error could this b my problem?
Just got mine up and running... I actually had to transfer the file over from my PS3 to the PSP and that worked nicely. Wish it was that easy for everything.![]()

Ok so i finally got FF7 to work and work flawlessly it does so i followed the same steps as i did with ff7 for ff9 but when i even try to start it i get the file is corrupted
