help wit custom firmware an emulators

i got custom firmware 3.90 m33. i'm tryin to put the gba emulator on it. ive tried many diferent ones. i got all the necessary files to work it put it in correct folder an still nothin. i got snes one that works fine. is there somethin here that im missin. i dont understand this at all. plz help
