I'm not completely certain, but I think the only way is to either buy or build your own memory card reader for your PC. I'm an electronics hobbyist, so I did the latter using a controller/memory card module from an old broken Playstation. If this isn't an option, you may be able to find an old used Dexdrive on ebay or something. I'm pretty sure that all of them used a 9 pin serial interface, so if you've got a new computer without a serial port on the back, it won't do you much good.
Once you've got your saves, it's a relatively simple matter of using CWCheat to copy them over one of the "virtual memory cards" used by POPS.
