neo geo that works

i got neo geo 2.3.1 3.xx on my slim but none of r--- play keeps saying bios not found. I thought the emu had the bois in it can anybody tell me a good emu that works on the slim to so i wont have any problems, thanks

i got cfw 3.90 m33-2 ,and i got other emus that work like cps1,cps2 snes ,nes and others just cant get neo to work

its to save the peoples ass cause neo geos are still being used.same with gbas and stuff.to include the bios is to get the media on your ass and possibly be sued and crap.
