I am currently running cfw 5.50 gen d3 on a PSP1001 and have downloaded the latest daedalusx64 rev 477. When I start up the emulator, it will load up the "Daedalusx64" logo, then freeze.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the emu and have even tried earlier revisions.

Does anybody know why I am experiencing this? (Besides that the emu is still in the process of being stable)

    Thank you.

Rev 478 is out. Get it from qj.net.
Downgrade to 5.00 M33-6 if you really want to try it, that's what I'm at, and it works fine for me.

If I were you, I would wait this thing out. Daedalus isn't gonna get better itself. Supposedly there are people still developing a better version but the same people say that Dark AleX got ran-over by an old woman/got arrested for having child porn. Lol, i know these things are rumors but they are too stupid to pass up.

It's been a while since I have looked into anything. Just consider me Windows 98 in terms of psp info. Outdated.

honestly, the only game that works like 99% is Super Mario 64. The two Zeldas also work pretty decently. But ofcourse you have to have the sound off. So i would definitly just wait it out longer or just use project64 or something.

with zelda?!! are you nuts?? it goes 20 fps MAX without sound!

i havent tested mario, but Smash works pretty well with enough frameskip, but it's very crashprone
