First of all, I am not an "english-natve" speaker, so you will find a tons of spelling, grammar and other unforgiveable mistakes, for which I want to apolize.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I get only crappy FPS(about 15 FPS, average 25,5 FPS) while playing Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII, but some cutscenes or very good with almost 60 FPS. I know I shoudnt expect a perfect performance with my Laptop, but I read about people with the same(or even lower) Pc-Devices, who got average 40 FPS while playing. I tried different setting modes, but they didnt help. Some of them were even bugging the game, so i coudnt load the iso-data.

To get my issue, I should post some data:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Emu: JPCSP 2394

    Game: CCFFVII

Pc: Laptop (so dont recommend me to upgrade my shit, cause i cant) with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz 4,00 GB RAM and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphic card

FPS: Game-menu(66FPS); Play(15-22FPS), Cutscenes(some 10 FPS, others withe the smooth animation 60 FPS)

Sound: Perfect (thanks to SonicStage 4.3)

    Config:
GENERAL- save window position on exit

VIDEO- Disable VBO; Use vertex cache; enable saving GE screen to Textures instead of Memory; Enable dynamic shader generation

MEDIA- Use Media Engine; Decode audiio files with SonicStage (SonicStage 4.3 installed)

    COMPILER- use compiler (dynarec)
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How else could I get normal 40 FPS while playing?

um. the issue is that you're playing on a psp emu. Hell, not even DS emus are running perfect yet, they need more powerful hardware to run great. So, the only recommendation i can give you is, play on a better pc

THX for the anwser, even it is not what I hoped to get, whatsover. I acknowledged that I cant expect perfect performances as I would get on a PSP, so that iy why I asked for a way to get the frames-per-second on a 40 level, but if there isnt a way then I have to accepted it. Was Just wondered how other people could get it with the same Pc-condtions that my laptop got. By now I know there were just faking around on Youtube.
