we don't really recommend playing n64 games on the psp, since it's poorly coded, and some games can be run smoothly with the sounds off. imo, it's better if you play n64 on the comp.

The DaedalusX64 SVN r729 causes a lot of problems with games, they don't run properly and lag terribly.
The games that happen to function at a mediocre level get no sound, and when sound is enabled it begins to lag terrible.
Is there something in the settings i need to tinker with or is it normally just this glitchy?

i do not know actually. The people who were used to develop this kind of homebrews for psp have shifted to the new scene, vita. even neuron has his site shutted off.
I have seen a video on a vita running emulators , and in one of those is a n64 emulator.
I was stated it is not the same emulator as the one mentioned above, but vita software has not been cracked?
Seems most of the working emulators on the vita are running off the psp software and not using vita's full power.
