final fantasy 7 save files.

So i've been playing FF7 got to the end of disc 1 so i put my disc 2 over onto my psp and now it wont show my saved files for either disc 2 or disc 1 yet i still have the save on my psp anyway to fix this? can i send the file to someone? i dont want to do all that grinding anymore (at the end of disc one i already have 3 of my level 4 limits and alot of other stuff.
