    I pretty much fit the whole question into the title. I have a hackable 2000 slim.

    There is no reason you shouldn't install the latest CFW (6.60 ME1.8). As far as I know most of the emulators work on it but I haven't tried many yet.

    I just got my PSP and it has 3.80 OFW on it. It seems that I am reading that you have to already have CFW to upgrade to 6.60 ME1.8. Sorry for the noobiness, but how do I make the leap into CFW? Do I have to load a HEN like chickHEN first? I want to avoid doing the pandora battery/mms thing if at all possible.

    i use lme v1.8 works great and psp wont use emu;s if u dont have cfw i tryed plus lme u dont have to permently install u can switch from ofw to cfw and back
