I extracted the recovery folder like so > /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP disabled the usb and went to see if the recovery file icon appears but i get a corrupted data icon. So I switched it to the GAME150 folder same thing. How can I get the recovery folder onto my card? thnx I have already converted to 3.03 oE-c but want the recovery just in case something happens.

just leave it in the game folder it will show up as corrupt in the xmb because for it to work you have to access recovery mode and there is an option called run PSP/game/recovery/eboot.pbp

will the recovery file still run if I use PsP content manager to hide the file?

Hi,
Having issues trying to recover...I have followed the steps but when
it goes to try to recover...I get a error message "error decrypting DATA.psp" and then it just goes blank and shuts off.....Any ideas???? 3.40OE-A. I do
have the original flash for 3.40. Any other info just ask...

I'm guessing that this will work for 3.51 OE also - back to 1.5? But I'd better ask just in case (no bricks allowed). Going back to 1.5, then 3.40 OE because the v6 of 3.51 is very glitchy with 'NO UMD' modes. Thanks for the tutorial Lommer, it will make it easier.

Tried it, got it....now back at 3.40 OE. Thanks again Lommer
