Wolf I have another solution for you:

Get HHD Free Hex Editor, this one is really good! and is not as that cygnus one. Try it I dont remember if it has the goto options but I used it to make the XMB Waves and it was good.

tmacfan! no problem man, never wasted my time, Im glad I could help you ^^ anytime just come here and i'll help

hmm.... let me look into that
EDIT: yes has goto option but not sure how to change that part to
"0" using it becasue it doesn't look like that part to the right of your picture it is just a lot of random well symbols

I don't have the software right now, but try to find the offset, it should be on the far left side and the part to edit should be on the far right side.

If you still cand find it,

Try to find it manually, scrolling up and down the file, Its not that long; and find the place that looks exactly like mine picture. This would be your lastway of doing it. if you cant find it.

Dont worry about those, Concentrate in the part where the "readable text" is located,

Far right..

Find in there anything that says:

flash0:/vsh/resource ... etc etc... opening_plugin.rco

^^ I do.
I love to make coldboots for people,
and I don't mind helping them out when
they encounter problems, but him making one nice
thread for it... was very helpful.

Oh the magical world of PSP's.
Makes me smile. ^^

Alfox your very welcome ! I always appreciate people's thanks.! Makes me happy.

PSX is "playstation1" emulation, I don't know if you knew but the PSX emulator is BUILT in in your psp, All you need to do is get any ISO from a PS1 game. Then convert this iso into an eboot.pbp file.. Then just place it in your GAME or GAME150 folder. And it'll show up as any other homebrew under game / memory stick.

If you have my fiances coldboot you cannot play psx at this moment. So whenever you get a PSX = PS1 game do this fix before bcause you wont be able to play the game.

Wolf; your

game_pluging.prx should have readable text a little after the middle of the file. Check a 2nd time, if not dump the file; which will get it 'decrypted'. thats the reason is not readable.
