Just making sure, so the warning about the save data basically means that any save data created in 3.40 official FW/CFW and higher will freeze your psp if loaded, right? Or is it only 3.40 official FW and higher that isn't compatible with 3.52 M33? Also is there any other FW's save data lower than 3.40 that is incompatible with 3.52 M33? And finally, when you load incompatible save data with 3.52 M33 and your psp freezes, is it a brick or is it fixable by just resetting your psp?
