Default 3.40oe-3.90m33 Custom Firmware Installation Guide. VERY NOOB friendly

THIS IS A COMPLETELY DUMBASS PROOF GUIDE
jeez man read it properly, you need at least 3.52 M33-3 or -4

LISTEN, UPDATE 4 INSTALLS 1-3. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO UPDATE 3? YOU MIGHT AS WELL UPDATE TO 4! This guide is for NOOBs, telling them an how to update to 3 is pointless, update to 4 and you have them all.

And yes, this is a completely dumbass proof guide.

seriously, you wouldn't even think anyone would ask those uber-noob questions: the orange light on the left of my psp is flashing, is this normal? o.O?

Ok maybe i'll be the first dumbass to be confused, but.......

Next, right click the highlighted files and select COPY.

#2. Exit the USB connection, and go to the GAME menu. Click MEMORY STICK, then click the M33 Update to start.
It doesn't say anything about copying the folders/files onto memory stick, do they need to go into a certain folder on the stick? I want to be 100% sure I know what i'm doing before cockin it up!

Thx

change your game kernel
turn the psp on
now turn the psp off and hold the button until it shuts down
hold the right trigger and turn it on.
once it is on, let go of the trigger, and click CONFIGURATION
its about the 3rd or 4th option, change the game kernel to whatever it isnt now.
