3.40oe-3.90m33 Custom Firmware Installation Guide. VERY NOOB friendly
hi
i was wondering if someone could help me please. Thank you for the great guide. I followed it all the way up to the M33 update 2 update. For whatever reason, it game up with corrupted data in the game folder when I put the update into the 3.71game folder and 1.50 firmware into the root folder. So I didn't bother with it and tried out the 3.71M33 firmware. Was playing with my PSP for awhile and all of a sudden a blue screen with writing came up and the PSP rebooted itself. Now all the writing is in Japanese! and I can't navigate my way around. I need help please guys
thank you in advance |

3.40oe-3.90m33 Custom Firmware Installation Guide. VERY NOOB friendly
Hi, I'm fresh to the scene... I understand the guide, but have a bit of a dilemma. The dilemma is, I am running Official Firmware 3.72. I scoured the forums for a bit searching for a downgrade method tailored to 3.72. The most recent method (3.50) may work, but I do not wish to run the risk of bricking my psp un-informed.
I have read over the pandora's battery guide and have a question... Would the better route be to downgrade using the battery? The only issue is that I do not have the 1.50 Kernel loaded to enable homebrew to actually create the battery... Can this only be loaded while the psp is version 1.50? Or can this be loaded at any time?
I guess this is a round-about way of saying, how can I downgrade from 3.72 to 1.50 so that I may load 3.71M33-2 Update?
Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Yes only way to downgrade for you is to use the Pandora's Battery. The battery also unbricks PSP |

Yes, but the question is: How do I create the battery without already having the 1.50 kernel loaded? Or can this be loaded at any time (such as now when I have 3.72) to enable homebrew applications? |

Now when I update 1.50 addon2 do I need the 150.PBP still in the root of my PSP folder like I did the first time for the 1.50 kernel addon? |
