Default 3.52M33 (and Update) Installation Guide

For the ppl who want to stick with 3.52M33. And you also need this to upgrade to 3.71M33. Again i didnt write this, but its not in the guide section so i posted it.

To install 3.71M33 you need to have update 4 installed

ATTENTION: Me, M33Team, pspmod.com are not responsible if you BRICK your psp

1 - If you are under official 1.50 PSP firmware, copy kxploitpatcher and kxploitpatcher% folders from "1.50only/" of this download to your "ms0:/PSP/GAME/" and use it.
2 - Once done it, or if you are under any Special/Open Edition/M33, copy M33CREATOR folder to your "ms0:/PSP/GAME" (1.50fw) or "ms0:/PSP/GAME150" (SE/OE)
3 - Download official 3.52 eboot, rename it to 352.PBP and place it on "ms0:/PSP/GAME/M33CREATOR/" or "ms0:/PSP/GAME150/M33CREATOR/"
4 - Download official 1.50 eboot, rename it to 150.PBP and place it on "ms0:/PSP/GAME/M33CREATOR/" or "ms0:/PSP/GAME150/M33CREATOR/"
5 - Go to Games/Memory Stick on your PSP, and execute "3.52 M33 CREATOR". Once finished, it will go back to the XMB.
6 - Go again to Games/Memory Stick on your PSP, and execute "3.52 M33UPDATE". You'll have to press X to agree to the installation.
7 - When finished, press X to shut down and reboot manually.
8 - Enjoy your 3.52 M33

Here is the latest update:

- Now uses 3.52!!!
- M33 NO-UMD: fixed problem with Simple 2500 Series Portable, The IQ Cube
- Fix a bug which made Go!Cam, GPS and sceKernelLoadExecVSH* not work in game mode.
- PSN downloaded PSX games support wasn't working in 3.51 M33 (didn't work in latest OE's either). Now it is working again. If an original PSN game still doesn't work, we recommend to delete files KEYS.BIN if exists, and copy the game again from ps3 to psp.

Default 3.52M33 (and Update) Installation Guide

Hey I'm sorta noobish... My friend gave me a modded psp cause i helped him out and he didn't use it anymore... it's got 3.40 OE-A installed and I want 3.52 M33 -4 (i think).

So if i'm understanding correctly, I xfer then run the m33 installer on rapidshitz, then xfer and run the -4 update... Then it should be updated?

Can I delete those files off my MS after I'm done with it?

I have 3.03 OE.C and to instal the 3.52m33-4 I can just follow these steps? That's awesome!
What is the fourth update for? Just so that you can update to 3.71?

There's no way I can brick my psp like this right?

Default 3.52M33 (and Update) Installation Guide

Anyone updating to 3.52M33 from official 1.50 with this fault after using kexploit needs to change there memory card, It took me 5 hours to sort this one out. You can use the 32mb supplied with the PSP as I did.

Good luck

HELP

i got to step 5, i went to game/memory stick on my PSP and the first file is a background tht has a march calender and on it it says 3:33:33 i played it and a black screen popped up saying this "update doesn't apply to this firmwire or you already have it applied" what do i do ?
I have a 3.40 OE-A firmwire and i followed all the steps till 5

btw in the M33Creator folder u have 3 .pbp files? First is eboot.pbp tht comes with the folder then the other two are the 3.52.pbp and the 150.pbp correct?
