Enter usb mode
1)run the command prompt
go to run and type cmd
2)drag mspformat.exe into the command prompt window
3)press space then the drive letter of your memstick
4)it should prompt you press y and hit enter
5)once its done exit usb mode
6)re-enter usb mode
7)copy the UPDATE.PBP,340.PBP,371.PBP and the folder ISO which is in the folder memstick to the root of ur memstick
8)run U.P.M.S installer from your XMB
9)in the menu run Multi Ipl installer which is option 1 then option 2 from the main menu
10)once its done run the trio installer which is option 3 then option 3 from the main menu

Skip the next step(step11)if u already have a pandora battery

11)Back up your EEPROM which is in step 2 of the installer then turn ur battery to a service mode battery

turn off ur PSP then HOLD L and turn it on if it goes to a wierd menu(you may have to press the brightness button if after 10 seconds u dont see anything)
you have s.u.c.c.e.s.s(dats da way u spell success) LOLZ ur own upms memstick if u turn it on but dont hold L it will go to the XMB...neat eh

USES:
1. upgrade slims to 3.71-2 M33
2. upgrade phat to 3.71-2 M33 w/ 1.50-2 kernel patch
3. downgrade phat to 1.50
4. upgrade phat straight to 3.52 M33 from Extended Boot Menu then install update 4 no need to downgrade to 1.50
5. start up PSP with Ultimate Loader with support For choosing which Pandora's you reach V1 or V3(by hold L trigger)
6. Boot to XMB (Phat Only)
6. Boot to a full 1.50 from Mem Stick (Phat Only)
7. use PSPFiler and other tools (If it requires 1.50 slims can't)

U will only need 150.PBP and 371.PBP EBOOTS in the root upload will come soon
Ok the steps are pretty simillar

1.Run the installer(DUH!)
2.go to Ipl and install sleep mode fix ipl
3.U can choose to install utilities or no utilities it ur choice<---its in option 3
Skip 4 if u have a pandora battery
4.back up ur EEPROM and and create ur service mode battery


WARNING
Be careful if installing MaxSafe, while testing we came across a few issues using it to downgrade a 3.71 psp to 1.50, it will not write the IPL and you will end up with a brick.
You have been warned.

Im gonna try this, then i can have two batterys to use when playing games, my pandoras battery has just been sittin in a drawer doin nothing.

hmm...just find "install multi-ipl to memory stick" and install that to boot the ultimate loader

i remember writing this guide in 5 minute to someone (was replying them coz they nedeed help)...very clear gudie...but the post got deleted -.-

i have experienced UPMS.........it is the easiest pandora maker/wateva ever

The battery is all the same only the memstick is different

thanks, now before i brick my psp wanted to check if this works for slim? saw something like this before but it spoke of using the 1.50 kernal and wasnt sure if this is the same thing exactly. thanks for your help, hope it does work for slim great feature to have.

Sorry, but this isn't working for me. i have no idea what to do...do i need some kind of Cfw to do this and i can't find the run option in the command prompt. Sorry, i'm kinda new at this

you dont even need the CMD

just format your memory stick with your psp
drag files to the root of your memory stick
