With the new one,you only have to do it on the PSP.No longer a need for msinst or mspformat.

yeah its a nice installer...took no time to create memstick...replaced my des.cem with it.. worked perfectly.. should limit the mspformat questions.lol.. without experience with CMD it can be confusing for people!! i've been recommending this to everyone struggling with memstick creation process, if you cant use this installer you dont deserve a PB..LOL

in the start menu there will be an item called run click on run in the box type cmd

I tried doing this and the ms lights don't light, and no menu loads. I followed the steps as it says. Can someone help me out on this? What am I doing wrong? I am trying to do this on a slim 3.70 ofw

if u made the battery and held L during startup and if u installed it right u should have no problem and a menu should boot up
