What psp have you got Fat or Slim?

If you have a slim there is a different procedure for booting Ultimate Loader which is in the guide supplied with UPMSInstaller (Full or Limited).

One thing on the Slim, if you know that your ms and battery are confirmed to work, and you are getting the Green light with no backlight or display, then your battery is not inserted correctly, remove it and insert it firmly while holding down the left trigger.

You don't even have to hold the trigger that long, only enough for the boot procedure about 2 seconds.

hmm .. I am real Newb ... well first whut is CFW ?! and XMB ?! ... I have a 1gig Pro duo memStick ... sorry but I got an another new original sony battery .. couldnt find any Fat ones :/ ... and the worst is I got the firmware 3.72 ... ... and can I know the risks of this ?! ... and my psp Is a phat one ... i think .. :/

Im not good at all of this but will this allow me to upgrade to 3.90 m33 from 1.50 or do i still have to go to like 3.53 and then 3.70 ect.

To do this can i just have 1 normal memory stick and one normal battery and will they both work normally after I'm done this?
