Default Guide - Easy Method of Time Machine!

ok im about ready to do this but some question 1st. is the only thing this is mainly for is to instal 1.50 with 3.40HW onto the slim to run homebrew games, cause the emus i run now on my 3.90m33 slim already work, i also have a fat pandora with MMS, so other than booting on the fly what major feature will this do for my slim..

switchblades: you need the following files: magic memory stick:kd registry, ipl onto your root of the memory stick. pm if u need help.

PSPguy: if you mean you do not haev a spare freah unmoded battery, then yes you can use your pandora's battery as a regular battery.

Does this really need a second battery or can a charger be used?

no, you can use a regular sony battery, 3rd party battery(datel tool), pandora's battery, and yes you could use a charger.

but you need a pandora's battery, datel tool to access different firmwares such as 3.40 oe,1.50(phat) and 1.50,3.6 m33 (slims)

good luck

Default Guide - Easy Method of Time Machine!

Hi, First post and i would just like to thank this community for all the guides and files, its been pretty instructive.

I just bought a PSP slim. first I pandora'd my batt. and performed the 3.71m33-2 mod.
Realizing I couldnt play emus (error 8020148) I then upgraded to 3.90 m33-2

Then I followed this guide, and managed to hold O, boot into 1.50 (where it asked me all newb questions on date/time/region) and played an N64 emu (daedalus).
upon normally restarting the system however the 'hold O' trick no longer works and I am always rebooted into 3.90m33-2. eventually my system did not accept the pandora battery anymore and I had to pencil it.

I can repeat the guide (and I m not sure if all the copied files are overriding, or filling up my flash) and for one restart get working emus, but that is a terrible workaround.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? how should I go about trying again from scratch? (use PSP re-flash? start with 3.90m33?)

Thanks again!
