Sweet! So all I gotta do is use RAINS MMS Maker on my CR5400 and copy the other files from my 2gb MMS onto the new MMS(CR5400) along w/ DC8 and I'm good to go. True or False?

I guess instead of using my reg pandora battery, it'd be easier to use Ultimate VSH to softmod my extended life battery so I get more time to "game" while "testing M33". Easiest method?

Wanna show my son how to do this stuff since he's not going to be able to play backups of the UMD's I buy until a new CFW comes out. I'll have to buy 2 of each UMD if we both wanna play, so he's gonna have to be able to switch back and forth. He's almost 9 and he's incredibly smart, came in 2nd in spelling bee last year in the entire school and he was competing against ALL the other grades! He was in 2nd grade at the time! And of course, he's getting all A's. He also read over 200 books last year and was #1 accelerated reader in the entire school as well. I'm so proud!

Default Hacking with a Time Machine MMS

About my PSP:
- Slim 2000, Hackable (already hacked it to cfw 5.0 m33-4 = hackable right?)
- Tried upgrading to 5.50 Gen-A
- PSP bricked during install (green light, black screen, NO mem stick light)

I am trying to follow your instructions word for word and still have no luck. The problem is either I am creating the MMS incorrectly OR maybe my memory stick port is broken (doubt it though, it was working right before it bricked).

-I am using a fresh 2GB MS Pro Duo card with nothing on it.
-The MS Pro Duo card cannot be formatted in the PSP so I am using a card reader and Windows XP give it the drive G:
-I format it using RainMMS and also choose to put the CFW Folders and Files on there.
-Then I copy all MMS files included in the .rar into the ROOT folder of the MS Pro Duo card. (and no I didn't copy the "MMS files" folder along with it)
-I put the card into the psp, hold down O (and many times tried [] as well), put the pandora battery in, keep holding O for up to 30 seconds and nothing.
-The light is still green, screen is blank, wifi & memory stick lights are not flashing at all.
- I also tried using my original 8GB ms pro duo card that I was using to play the ISO/CSO's and such, and same problem.

Am I doing something wrong here? I'm just trying to play Gran Turismo PSP and this sucks so bad. It's my day off from work and I have been spending hours trying to fix this.... Please help!

Default Hacking with a Time Machine MMS

Ok looks like I've figured it out. Maybe you should add this to the original post too OP. Hopefully it'll help others out there

-When making the MMS, you MUST use a device such as a MS Pro Duo card reader, Sony cell phone or camera, or PSP and connect it through USB. The card cannot be formatted correctly if that is the case.

- The main problem was that I was using a microSDHC card inside a MS Pro Duo card adapter to use inside the PSP. When formatting on my PC, I didn't have a proper MS Pro Duo reader so I used an microSDHC to SD card adapter, which is a no-no. Hopefully I explained that well enough!
