Default How To Easily Install PSP CFW 5.50

In this guide I am going to show you how to easily install 5.50 custom firmware

You need to be already running custom firmware to update to this CFW release. If you are not running CFW visit our shop and purchase a pandora battery kit.

If you are running custom firmware grab the 5.50 CFW files from Here and extract them.

- Connect your PSP to your computer via the USB cable.
- On your PSP select "USB Connect"
- Now from the extracted files copy the PSP folder and paste it to the root of your PSP
- Disconnect your PSP from USB connect
- Navigate to the Game menu on the PSP and execute the CFW 5.50 program, it will not run unless there is at least 78 percent battery free.
- Press X and the update process will start. Remember to leave your mains charger plugged in!!
- Once finished, the updater will ask you to press X to reboot

If you want to see a video guide check this one out I created "Available in HD"

ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

I know you've done it already but yes, if you already had full Custom Firmare your motherboard is obviously hackable.

Default How To Easily Install PSP CFW 5.50

is there any way to do this even if you have the latest firmware? because mine is 6.00 official firmware and i've been wanting to to have custom firmware for so long and i've tried doing everything but nothing ever works out for me, everything keeps saying that i need a certain firmware that is under the recent firmware. like i needed 5.03, i had 5.51, and now i have 6.00. Can someone help me?
