I followed the part of the guide (in the downgrading from 2.0 to 1.5 section) where it says to download the MPH downgrader from psp-hacks.com. So I go to that site and find the download link for the MPH downgrader , and when I click it , it takes me to
psp-hacks.com/downloads/MPHDowngrader.zip (I would make that into a hyperlink , but I can't until I have 15 posts) , and that page says:

You don't have permission to access /downloads/MPHDowngrader.zip on this server.
Am I the only one with this problem?

To be honest , even if it takes a little longer or is less efficient , I would just prefer to use this guide and the Hell cat's recovery guide to get CFW , because I read both of those guides and understand them. And I did find a download link for the MPH downgrader at

Can you post a link to Goku2778's guide so I can read it? I searched google and used the search function on this site , but didn't find any threads started by him.
