    I am getting the game cannot be started (80020148)
    Any other game works just fine

    certain homebrew functionality. if you got any favorite homebrews find out if they work in 3.9 the majority do but theres a small few that dont.

    upgrade to 3.52 if you want homebrews. Otherwise, I recommend 3.80 which is almost the same
    PSP FAT5(JP): 1.50 > 3.80m33-5 + 1.5
    PSP FF7 SLIM2(JP): 3.60 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-3 > 4.01m33-2
    PSP FAT1, PSP FAT2, PSP SLIM1, PSP FAT3(JP) and PSP FAT4(JP): 3.80m33-5> SOLD
