Just run past the bug thats right out of the cave but dont jump off the cliff while running or you'll land on the ground and break the egg that way.

Quest: Star 1, Village Quest: "Raid The Wyvern's Nest" - Deliver one Wyvern Egg.
Problem: I get to the point where I have the egg and the dragon thing is in its cave (zone 5) but the bug thing keeps hitting me and breaking the egg. How do I get around this problem?

09-02-2008, 04:07 PM you will need to make a 'farming' armour set, thus having the ability to run and jump/land without breaking the egg..the skills youll need to gatherer and backpacker.
about those lizards, you must kill all of them, exit the area and then kill them again. as for the vespoids you can out run them...
09-02-2008, 05:37 PM @ muffinlybliss: im on the same spot you are. ive gotten the egg to the red bos, and im not sure what else i need to complete this quest. i also found that i need the white liver aswell..but what other items do i need??
when i go to the start menue and the option that shows what you need to complete the quest all that shows is "_ _ _ _"

09-02-2008, 06:52 PM monster hunter 2 freedom is fun playing with friends, but it gets boring alone... anyways... just kill everything before to carry the egg... bow, gun, hammer and lance are weak... stick with sword... you'll kill monster faster... use dual blade it is faster.... but if you are like most people... use cheats... to get every items... then you can get the best armors, weapons, and jews...

09-03-2008, 12:59 AM You suck if you NEED cheats to be beat a video game... Don't get me wrong, I love game cheats/hacks. But I beat the game FIRST then worry about that stuff.
