You will need to mess with the video settings. The bosses in SMW used special scaling sprites (allows them to get really big) so look for scaling options in the video settings menu of your emulator.

game super Mario world and it won't show any of the bosses during the castle battles.. any one know a super mario world rom (specifically the super Mario world game) that plays the bosses in the castle levels???
