using 6.60ME you can use fake region but you can only have it on one region at a time. 6.60LME can also do this. Idk about any others.

If you had an actual EUR UMD, you could play that in an American system. The PSP was designed from the start to be region-free. You don't even actually need CFW for any of that.

Not entirely sure what you're asking for here.

You want to unhack your PSP? If you made the mod permanent by running CIPL Flasher you need to re-run CIPL flasher and choose uninstall, then turn off your PSP. Turn it back on and it should be on the firmware you were running. If it is less than 6.60 just download the 6.60 OFW and put that in ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE then run it from the PSP and it will update to 6.60 OFW

Downgrade one lower with hellcat then official update. Problem fixed.

I buyed the games but I just want to play them in the Memory Stick so I used UMDumper, is that against the Law?

Not if you own the original, no.

if you own the games then dumping a copy of the umd is fine, its called making a backup copy of it. most people do this as the games will load faster from a memory stick than from a umd, and also it uses much less power. another advantage to this is being able to have copies of all your games on one memory stick rather than carrying around a ton of umd discs.
