hi i just bought a psp and i cant seem to get on the internet with it. its 1.5 version from 3.03. When i go to the network settings theres no web browser there.

Hmm.... maybe 1.5 didnt have a web browser (i didnt have a PSP back then). Id suggest updating to a custom firmware, 3.52 M33 is pretty slick.

1.5 doesnt have a browser unless you have the wipeout pure game.

Yeah it didn't, just update to a custom firmware, i suggest 3.40 oe-a. look at the firmware section for more info.
