I can't hear it!!! my psp volume control button '+' wont work anymore is something wrogn with it thanks for any help.

Take the front off it, there are plenty of guides around. The buttons probarbly just slipped

yeah I'm looking for one right now I opened not to long ago cause there was dust on the psp's screen, now I need to fix this volume thing.

Sounds like the inside of your psp has moved a bit out of place, take it apart anyway and have a look. Its the only thing that i can think of that would link the volume directly to the power of the psp
