Snes Psp Emu Homebrew?

Ok i just sucessfully downgraded my psp to 3.40oea and d/l SNESTYL and first switched to 1.50Kernal and put the snes and snes% folders to GAME150 so am i right? ok got a test ROM of Mortal Kombat and with .smc extension. Put it in the GAME150/SNESTYL/ROMS and ran it and loaded perfect then hit start and is a dark screen i can still hit the "Home" button and quit but haven't still making a small sound.. can anyone help? where do homebrew apps/games/emu go do they go to PSP/Game150 or PSP/GAME??

1.5= homeberw goes in GAME
custom firmware (which you should upgrade to)= game150

yeah i have cfw 3.40 oe-a i said that.. and hombrew apps go to GAME150? or doesnt matter
