Pls Need Urgent Help!

i bought a psp 4GB memory stick off eBay like my bro did his is fine 100% awesome (got it for â‚¬30 by the way) when i got mine today i was copying my homebrew and save data onto it my brother accidentally hit o(circle) as he fell over and it disconnected from the computer.
the problem is not that i have to copy all of the stuff on again it is that i get about 100 or so corrupted data icons in game and save data that i cant get rid of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also half of the videos i put on don't work
i tried formatting it and i even looked for the files via usb and there is nothing there! and whenever i try to delete the iso save data game game150 game352 common or any other folder in the psp folder it says that cannot remove the folder ( Whatever folder i try to delete ): The directory is not empty

if someone could tell me before i have to buy another 1 memory stick that would be great

send it back to the seller, telling him that it didnt work and have him send you another one, dont tell him the full story just say that the memory stick doesnt work.

I am not sure if you do have a fake MS. Usually if that happens, the PSP won't be able to read the MS at all. Happened to me when I was uploading Homebrew stuff on my fake 1 g. Also if it was a fake MS, your comp will also not be able to read it. In the few times it does, it asks you to fomrat it and 99% of the time it ends saying Windows can finish the format. So i am thinking you burn out the circuit of the MS.

However, it could be a fake ms. Do you have any photos we can look at to make sure its a fake ms? Or you can do it yourself with the How to spot if your ms is conterufit guide in the hardware section of this fourm. Its some good stuff.

well i cant show you any pics because i returned it to the seller, so he will look at it and hopefully give me a refund.
Also i looked at the how to spot a fake memory stick and i think it was fake.
