PSP not loading saved games?!?!?

i have just bought a new psp and have a 4gb memory stick, but for some reason every time i try loading a game it sayd problem loading file corrupt

Format the Memstick......... Then make a folder called ISO in the memstick root, with the psp folders etc... put your iso or cso files only in there. If you have eboot.pbp formats then they go in the game folder ie: psp/game/gamename(folder)

Are they your saves or saves you download and if you are at 3.52 you cannot load a save that is lower then 3.51 firmware.
