Default I need help from the experts

My PSP is showing black screen but when i turned it on, im seeing the power led on but when i insert it with usb cable and hooked it in the computer, the computer will not detect it. Can you please help me what should i do?

black screen? did u try to downgrade your psp previously??

yes, i try to downgrade it to 1.5 then when i restart it, power led is on but only showing black screen and my computer does not detect it anymore.

that sounds like a brick.
you need to be able to turn the psp on and selected USB before
your computer will detect it.
Have you tried pressing the brightness button.

i already tried the brightness button, turn the psp on and insert the usb cable still not working. if its bricked the pandoras battery will help? i seen it one of the website how to build the pandoras battery but it said you need to connect the psp in your computer.

yes. Pandoras battery works... but u need to prepare them before ur PSP is bricked. or else u cant make them with a bricked PSP. you only can make them with a working PSP (ofw 1.50 or custom fw).

perhaps you can ask ur friends anyone has the pandoras battery? or u can try lending a PSP from someone u know to make it. all u need is a MS DUO PRO w/ magicgate (at least 256mb) and an extra sony PSP battery.

i have a friend of mine who owns a psp but we the firmware is not 1.5 and we are scared to downgrade coz just like what happen to me. anyways, thanks for the help from the experts.

i have read many threads talking about downgrade. if u do not want to brick ur psp after downgrading, u need to dumpflash in the psp. i don't really know whats that suppose to mean, you can go look it up.

theres always the method of looking on craigslist in your area, and meet up with someone that will unbrick a psp. search for like psp mod, or downgrade, or unbrick. then just email the ppl and ask them.

My PSP's Journey

1st psp ebay bought TA-082 2.71 sony->1.5->3.40OE-A->3.52M33->3.52M33-2->bricked from attempting custom theme->replacing with one from ebay->Fixed with Pandora's Battery after replacing

2nd psp ebay bought broke lcd, but work... TA-079 2.60->2.71->1.5->3.52 m33->3.52 m33-4(made Pandora's Battery with)
