What versions exactly that can play homebrew games? Im so noob in the psp so i have this silly question.

firmware version 1.5 to 2.71 can play homebrew.
but you should get custom firmware
then you can play any homebrew game

yes, but get custom becoz its better and you can have custom themes, waves an all that too

yes bur youll need GTA LCS (unpatched) then have to run an old eloader every time you want to play. i would say downgrade then go with custom firmware.
