PSP file rename/move fuction

is there a homebrew that allows you to rename file on psp and move it. while your on psp not in the computer just a simple program.

tried that psp filer and it does rename/remove file but it would not let you move the file im not sure if its a bug in the program or user error, im gonna start digging for more infor on it . PSP filer is exactly what i am looking for simply program to run. if only i can get it to work.
