Used PSP - GOOD PRICE??

I have a PSP slim but for reasons I am sure you know, I am looking at buying a FATTY PSP. My buddy says he will sell me his FATTY with a 1 GIG stick in it for 120 Canadian. It is in great shape, two years old, has had a screen protector on it since purchased. Downside I guess is that he has constantly upgraded his firmware, I am sure it has 3.7.

Is this a good deal?
