craigslist, people. i've bought it for $40 w/ a ps1 console and a bunch of other games. it can be expensive when buying from a store or off ebay. but craigslisters will sometimes sell this game at a great price.

yeah i bought mines from gamestop for $15 and it was in excellent condition with not even one scratch. i also bought MGS here for $25 in excellent condition.

... mgs can be purchased for less than $15 off ebay. i've gotten it for very little as part of bundles off of craigslist. (as in psx + 14 games for $30.)
