PSP Not Turning On..

Sorry if this is wrong section..

My PSP has not been working, not even turning on. New battery and charged, but just won't go on. I haven't done anything with the Custom Firmware, so it's not bricked. I have 2 PSPs (Working one and Broken one), but my working one has 3.72 (I would have to use a Pandora), but my broken has like 2.06 (which I could downgrade to 1.50 xD). Anyone would know what problem is? I would just have to go down to a best buy or computer store to get it fixed if it doesn't work.

There could be something rong with the power switch
In theory a jigkick battery will work, cause it auto starts the psp with out manually turning it on.

PSP looks dead... IDK if this matters, but in the charge port in the PSP, the stick or pole or w/e looks a little split.. MY other psp doesn't look like that, but that shouldn't be reason why PSP's battery doesn't go on.
