Well it was a big mistake deleting Flash0.This is where your PSP's firmware is stored. Were you on Custom Firmware and if so can you access Recovery Mode?

means that you brick.. you need to get to M33 recovery mode.. and reflash your flash0 and flash1 assuming that you backup your flash and assuming that you can access the RECOVERY MODE.. if not then you need to flash it with pandora

by the way what firmware?

or you might be able to flash your psp with someone's else flash0 and flash1 but Im not sure.. but for sure you can get it back by flashing it with pandora..

and im assuming that he is on CFW since he can access the FLASH section.. of the psp.. only on CFW that you can access those hidden files..

Hold R-Trigger when you turn it on and see if you can access Recovery Mode.

TOGGLE USB FLASH0 and flash your backup to the psp then do
TOGGLE USB FLASH1

then you are FULL BRICK not SEMI-brick..
now are you sure that you are HOLDING Right Trigger and turning on the psp?
if you are doing it correctly and nothing is happening then
you gonna need pandora to bring that psp back to life..

sorry to hear.. that..

pandora is un bricker there are a lot of pandora file floating..
*Ultimate Pandora magic stick ( U.P.M.S )
*Original Pandora (phat psp)
*Dark Alex Despertar V3 ( slim psp )
in essence all of them does the same thing.. Unbrick Brick psp.
and this method is in 2 parts.

magic stick:
*softmod magic stick
*Pc mod magic stick
Battery:
*softmod batt
*hardmod batt

softmod means it requires a CFW(custom firmware psp) to make the file
Hardmod means it requires you to physically cut a pin in the batt (opening it and cutting a pin in the C04 chip)
Pc mod means that you run CMD prompt and manually placing the necessary file in the memory stick..
