Yes there is - I came across it once and passed it up - Wish I could remember it for you but now at least you know it does exist so don't give up the search.

I like the filer one better cause its more on the go no pc required

Boo - That filer has bugs and limitations in 3.xx and a bit confusing. The windows util works on slim and fat, super easy. I mean, you usually connect the PSP to a PC in order to copy the files to it (games and such) so it's no big deal to me and it really works great (the windows util).

To each their own...
