Im a major noob at this stuff so i need major help i need to get a lock on my psp(slim 3.95) i want to get iR shell also but i have no clue how to i also want to get games free of line illeagaly or whatever it dosent matter to me but i need great detail and some suggestions to sites any help at all for any of these catergories will be greatly apreciated (ps i cant spell for my life my bad)

There's no real difference between a major noob and a noob. There are only two types of noobs, the ones who are teachable and the ones you are just dumb@5535.

If you have a 3.95 Slim - I think there are password protections in your system settings. Go check. But this won't stop someone like us with a Pandora kit.

Google is your best friend to find out about irShell, you will need CFW (google that too).

Since you state it doesn't matter to you how you get games, may I suggest buying them. However, you will not got any details nor sights that have anything to do with illegal activities such as piracy here.

How will you appreciate me for all of my help? Not only did I answer all of your concerns but I showed you what your post should have looked like if you knew certain things. Now you know those things plus more and are smarter for it. Can you make me smarter in return? Because right now, I'm feeling like a dumb@55 for answering you in this fashon.

Scorcher, you were the one he was saying wasn't a dick. And sin, if you're going to correct his writing then make sure to correct all of it. You're missing an apostrophe, some more capitalization, and some other basic sentence structure mistakes but decent correction job anyway.

Anyway, I_Kill_For_Thrill: We can't talk about pirating copies of games online especially when you blatantly state how you want to get them. And you do have a UMD lock in your settings. It only locks the games you can play though. If you want things that will lock your entire PSP and require you to enter a password to show the XMB then you should get custom firmware (CFW) and if you decide to do that look in my sig for a nice, noob friendly guide.
