okay every time i use the x botton to install 3.71 m33 2 when it hits straight to the psar to ram its says loading psra to ram cannot find 371.PBP on root ms nut the file is on the root and new no curruption whats that problem please help thank you.

You must have the 3.71 official eboot in the root of your memstick and renamed to 371.PBP.

PSP Downloads | 2.71 Firmware Update (US) Get that and unrar it. You should see EBOOT.PBP. The name it to 371.PBP Put it in root.
