The game could not be started. (80020321) or (80020148)

PSP Slim 3.90 M33-3

When I open my UMD it works fine.

BUT

When I open an ISO it says "The game could not be started. (80020148)"
When I open gpSP 0.9 The game could not be started. (80020148)"
I also have a BIOS and a game installed.
My 2GB Magic Gate is also original and Supported


What are the possible solution to this?

well first, you go to recovery mode and go to advanced>advanced configuration and make sure all that is turned OFF. Then, you go to configuration and for umd mode, make sure it says Sony Np somethin (i forget the numbers). But it does start with Sony NP
