help with converting ps1 games to a psp

Hey um i got a just got a psp and i want to know how to put ps1 disks on it please help?
the game i want is legend of dragoon which has 4 disks but i have no idea what to to and i dont have a firmware so can someone pleas list instructions for doing that i need all the help i can get
