weirdest thing tho, whenever im in a game, be it a psp or psx or picodrive or whatever my mute key acts like the home key. i press it and it brings up the home menu.... still funtions like the mute key, but now dowbles at my home key

its freaking me out, now my homekey is useless and my mute key had two funtions... is this fixable or what

Topic Creator,

How many times have you flashed your PSP? And how many times have you messed with flash0 ?

Other than that, how long have you owned your slim for? Have you opened your faceplate recently? Changed it perhaps?

Did you drop it?

Based on the questions and your answers, I can probably point you in the direction of the source of the problem.

Cheers.

If by flashed you mean change it from official firmware to custom firmware then just once, i only got my psp three or so months ago i got a pandoras battery and magic memory stick off ebay and used that to update it to 3.80 M33-5, then i used the uber cool m33 internet update function to update it to 3.90 M33-3 and have not messed with it since then. ive never dropped my psp from any height, im still in the "treat it like a firstborn cause its 6months of saving up to buy it" phase i haven't opened my faceplate and i dont have any brothers or sisters so they haven't dropped it or opened it up
as for the flash0 i have read a bit about it but ive never messed with it

i do have the latest version of cwcheat installed if that matters anything but thats about it. Its not a totally huge problem since the mute button works as a home key now, just thought it was a bit weird.

thanks for your super fast reply, hope this helps
