Memory Stick Error

I have a 4gb memory stick duo card for my PSP. I've had it since Christmas '07 and its worked fine. Then all of a sudden this morning it said 0kb free. I tried formatting it on the PSP then plugging it in and formatting it on my computer. Neither worked. Its not a fake, it's an official Sony 4 GB Memory Stick PRO Duo
It also says MagicGate right next to the 4GB.

Any help is appreciated.

format it on the comp

Try This...It always worked for me,when i formated memory sticks
1.START,RUN.CMD
2.mspformat\mspformat.exe X ( where X=memory stick drive letter)
3.But you must have the mspformat folder in your Local Drive (C)

Damn I tried that but it said Psuedo Format not necessary instead of Drive Formated Successfully or w/e. Thanks for trying.

Is your usb set to MS and not flash or umd?

In the vsh menu in your xmb. Push select to bring it up. It should say usb device.
