I just purchased a brand new Slim yesterday as I saw the news about the TA-088 mobo. However, while I'm sure it's not the TA-088 as it came bundled (printed on the box) with a year old UMD movie release (Danish stand-up comedy, for those curious).

I am still dead curious to know what motherboard is inside. I can't see any markings inside the UMD tray, but the box label reads:

(censored the x, as that last number is used for the warranty in the store I bought it)
