Has anyone gotten their PSPs modded on Craigslist?

Well I'm trying to find someone to mod my PSP since I've never done it or know anyone who does.. I was checking Craigslist and there are a few people modding PSPs for 15-25 dollars.

Just wondering if it's a good idea to go through there and if it's worth the money.

I sell all my psp's modded on there. Other than that, every person I've met there sucks dick.

Personally I'd never trust anyone who you don't know with your belongings...Just a lil advice.

I mean honestly, 200+ dollars (lost the psp) vs. 53 dollars (to get the materials, I got it for that money) is a better deal...

Though that may be true, I have absolutely 0 experience with modding any systems..

I've looked for easy non-hassle tutorials, but can't find any, most everything I read about installing myself is over my head >.<

modding... by getting cfw on it? OR modding like... getting dual anolog? If you are talking about getting cfw... dont bother paying someone like $15-25... that'll be really...really stupid... just hard mod a pandora battery and get a program like catb50 to make you a magic memory stick... dont be a sucker and pay someone to mod for you... do it your self...

yeah i've seen this guy on clist he can mod any psp for $25.

is it a scam? i don't know...

but he's offering $25 to mod it
$30 for him to come to you
and $10 a game to put on it (illegal)

i only did this once,

i posted on myspace that i was gonna be at a nearby mall and i was willing to mod any psp for $10, I had a line of people for about 2 hours... I made a good amount of money fast. but I never did it again, cuz it's rediculus.

on myspace I have had a few people that want to mail me their psp just to mod them...

I don't know if it's a good idea or not about Clist. but just be careful Clist is full of dumbshit people, and liers...

i heard about a rumor of some stupid kid.... meeting a person to mod his psp at a certain place... he got his ass molest by a sexual predator...

just mod it yourself. find the right guide on this syt then make th materials u need. cheaper, safer and u might actually learn somin.

never trust anyone u dont know to mod ur psp. it could get stolen

Its not all about doing it yourself sometimes though. When I first got into modding PSP's I tried to do it myself but that involved having a Custom Firmware PSP, or cutting my psp battery, so buying it from someone was worth it to me. Just my 2 cents
